Driver Partner Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Doorman. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Doorman platform as a Driver Partner. By registering, you agree to comply with these terms.

To become a Driver Partner, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Possess a valid driving license
• Own or have legal access to a vehicle
• Provide valid ID, vehicle documents, and bank details
• Pass background verification (if applicable)

• You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Doorman
• Doorman does not provide employment benefits
• You are responsible for your taxes, insurance, and compliance

• Maintain accurate personal and vehicle information
• Keep login credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Doorman may suspend accounts for misuse or fraud

• Accept bookings responsibly and complete them on time
• Do not cancel bookings frequently without valid reasons
• Follow route and delivery instructions provided in the app
• Maintain professionalism with customers

• Doorman charges a platform commission (e.g., 10%) per booking
• Remaining amount is paid to the driver
• Payments may include:
  • Platform fees
  • Payment gateway charges
  • Applicable taxes (GST, etc.)
• Payments are processed:
  • Daily / Weekly / As per company policy

• Fares are calculated based on:
  • Distance
  • Time
  • Demand
  • Vehicle type
• Drivers must not charge extra outside the platform

Driver partners must:

• Be polite and professional
• Avoid harassment or misconduct
• Not consume alcohol/drugs during service
• Follow traffic rules and safety standards

• Vehicle must be in good condition
• Valid RC, insurance, and pollution certificate required
• Clean and safe for goods transportation

• High cancellation rates may lead to penalties
• Fake bookings or misuse = immediate suspension
• Late deliveries may impact ratings

• Customers can rate drivers
• Low ratings may lead to:
  • Reduced visibility
  • Account suspension

• Doorman is not responsible for:
  • Damage to goods
  • Accidents
  • Losses during delivery
• Driver is responsible for safe delivery

• Drivers are responsible for:
  • Vehicle insurance
  • Personal accident coverage

You must not:

• Use fake accounts
• Manipulate pricing
• Share customer data
• Perform illegal activities

Doorman may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these terms
• Fraud or misconduct is detected
• Legal issues arise

Doorman may update these terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance.
